Cartken is a startup at the forefront of last-mile delivery and autonomous robotics. Our team has more than a century of combined experience solving some of the toughest challenges in autonomous vehicles, robotics, and operations at Google, Amazon, Apple, and Facebook. We have robots operating around the world providing reliable and cost-effective delivery in malls, kitchens, hotels, universities, and city streets.
We’re seeking a driven Sales Manager based in Germany (preferably Munich), to join our fast-paced startup. You’ll be managing and scaling relationships with both existing and potential clients. We’re looking for a visionary who can craft and deliver unique pitches for our autonomous robots, enabling us to establish and grow key relationships in the market.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team. Requirements:
• Drive the sales of our autonomous delivery robots to automate various applicable use cases.
• Manage existing and new customers from various industries.
• Develop and support go-to-market strategies in collaboration with partners across different regions.
• Strategically expand the sales network to enhance market penetration.
• Plan and execute marketing activities to promote Cartken’s services.
• Represent Cartken at fairs, conferences, and industry events.
Basic Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of professional experience in sales, preferably within the technology or robotic sector. Sales within automotive, manufacturing, chemical and other industrial settings is preferred.
• A degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
Bonus Qualifications:
• A network in the production industry sector with experience in production and logistics automation.
• Experience developing and implementing go-to-market strategies.
• Proven track record of expanding sales networks and enhancing market penetration.
• Experience planning and executing marketing activities.
• Represent a company at fairs, conferences, and industry events.
